3 Years Later
Three years since my last post! I must get better at this!!!
So much has happened since my last post. Most of it contradictory to it's content!!!
Where do I start?
The remote diary manager quit after about 18 very successful months. My best two years ever. He went on to focus on his other business interests and is very happy with his life.
My office assistant has quit this week after 4 years. She had been on maternity leave since May and had just returned to work. She asked if she could work from home and we were trialling this. But due to family commitments she felt she couldn't continue. This was actually for the best as the homeworking was not working for me!!
I ended up with two advisers joining me after our host company resigned last christmas. They have both since moved on. One of them has semi retired and I look after his clients. We had a very productive meeting today.
I also now look after a local college pension scheme and have a number of potential clients amongst the staff. So that's working well at the moment.
I'm now competely on my own and to be honest it feels good! I'm totally in control and know that everything will be done my way!!
Let's see where that takes me!
